Negotiations & promotions with OTA channel partners. Planning the sales promotions for F & B through online food delivery partners for optimum sales from all the F&B outlets. Finalizing the cross promotions & collaboration with various liquor companies. Ensure that at all times that the standards set in the SOP’s should be followed. Monitoring that all the weekly training process across all units are in place & followed.
