Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report and present it before the management.• Visit the site to analyze the progress of the ongoing project. • Work in the area of Building and Construction projects & Township and Area Development projects (Sector - 38 & 39). • Preparation of Form l, Form IA, Conceptual Plan, EMP, Draft EIA & Final EIA according to EIA Notification 2006 and its amendments. • Responsibility of taking care of meetings (agenda) of SEAC, EAC, SEIAA & MOEF & CC for Grant of Environment Clearance & Terms of References. Responsibility of getting Environmental clearances for B1 & B2 Category Projects. • Coordination with sub consultants (Project Architect, MEP consultant, Landscape architect) and active participation to obtain required information as per the MoEF&CC preference. • Helping in Baseline data collection and marking features by using GPS Software's and other techniques. • Having basic experience working on Google Earth Pro and AERMODCloud.• Devise ways to improvise the company's project management practices.
