Process & Domain Consulting SAP FICO Stream

• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients or company management.• Finalization of Accounts for the Pvt. Ltd. Entities & Firms• Manual Vouchers preparations & recording the Accounting Entries of Various Companies of their daily operation on Tally package & to ensure their TDS & Service Tax compliances. • Filing of Various Statutory Returns like Income Tax Returns, Service Tax Returns of Individual, Firms & Corporate Clients • Perform Audit of Banks including Statutory Audit, Credit Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, Revenue Audit and of similar nature • Give advice on a range of financial aspects of a business such as budgets, tax and cash flows. • ROC Compliance & filing of various returns such as PAS-3, MGT-14, CHG-1,DIR-12,23AC, 23ACA, Annual returns etc. on MCA site of Corporate Clients • Auditing, Vouching & Review of businesses’ accounting procedures & Books of Accounts & documents. • Preparation of Form 3CA/3CB/3CD in relation to Tax Audit• Projection of Financial Statements & forecasting of Cash Flows of Businesses for Finance purpose• Perform Internal Audit of Public sector Undertaking.
