I started my career as a system admin/technical trainer In candor solution franchise center for Jetking. I was training on windows server 2003 all the 7 papers and did my certification for Mcse and Mcsa. After that I joined logical as a IT consultant in User management team where I used to create delete /create user accounts ,managed home folders users and giving access to users to a specific folder. The change came when I joined MICROSOFT in 2010 March 4th as a support engineer in Windows Core team. Since then I have to moved to different roles within the same team from support engineer to senior support engineer. And since 5years I have support escalation engineer within High availability space. The major components that I work with is windows cluster,Hyperv, software defined storage which includes spaces on top of windows and storage spaces direct. I also work on troubleshooting disk performance issues . Was part of DXC on an advisor role as L4 and L5 engineer. I work on Azure and the tickets include all components related to azure. Joined Microsoft in 2022 as Senior customer engineer in Azure infrastructure. Currently working with Microsoft as cloud solutions architect.
