Kumar Shashwat holds a degree in law (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. & has more than 5 years of experience in law and litigation with a focus on IPR, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Arbitration, Civil, Commercial and Criminal litigation.Kumar has, from very early on in his career, handled matters independently before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Ld. Trial Courts of Delhi. Kumar has expertise in matters related to Intellectual Property, including but not limited to Trademark prosecution, opposition and litigation.
