With near to 14 years of diverse experience spanning various industries, from manufacturing to logistics and supply chain, I am an accomplished Industrial Engineer. My professional journey has equipped me with an IMS Implementation within organizations & profound understanding of Process Design, Sales KPI Analysis, Warehousing Development, SOP preparation, Flowcharting. Currently, I am contributing my expertise at ATA Freight India, driving excellence in these areas.During my tenure at Yusen Logistics India, I championed the Implementation one of the Japanese own standards called YES (Yusen Excellence System) and conducted Business and Process excellence through Improvement projects, emphasizing continuous enhancement via Kaizen PDCA projects, Process Audits, and Performance Improvements. Furthermore, I was leading for IMS standards Implementation for West Region and provided Gemba Trainings to Ground Team.My experience extends to Mahindra Logistics Ltd, where I focused on Business Excellence, Process Audits, EPR (Enterprise performance Rating) and improvements, collaborating with the TMW (The Mahindra Way) team on Continuous Improvement Initiatives.In my early career with Kompress India, I excelled in manufacturing, handling Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, IMS Implementation, Supplier Audits & Evaluation, Process Development and Working with Erection team.I hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management from NMIMS Institute along with B.E. in Production from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Production Engineering from Fr Agnel College of Engineering. Outside of work, I am a music enthusiast who enjoys the internet and exploring new destinations.
