 Monitoring and inspection of pipe welding. Having good experience in GMAW,SMAW FCAW,GTAW & SAW Inspection. Responsible in performing daily inspection & production operation and reporting as per Approval Inspection test plan. Knowledge of welding symbols & terminology and welding inspection. Knowledge of engineering drawings. Witnessing the Procedure Qualification test PQT as per PWPS. Witnessing the welder Qualification test WQT as per Approved WPS. Inspection of fit up,cutting,Misalignment,Grove angle, root face, root Opening, tack weld Preheat temp, interpass temp, Travel speed, line & Joint no.Joint surface Cleanness. Visual& Dimension inspection of weld profile surface, Weld defects. Familiar with Weld defects, Welding Consumables & Measuring instruments. Witnessing hydro test for Spools, Pipeline& Risers and complete subsea pipeline system. Preparation of reports for Stage inspection, PT, Hydro, materials history records. Radiographic film Interpretation of weld. Witnessing the Repair Removal & Repair Welding. Preparation of daily reports & Documentation Related Fabrication. Coordinating with project engineer & Supervisors for Fabrication, installation and Final Documents submission.
