Conduct PV activities yearly twice for PPT and Non PPT assets.Hands on Experience in Remedy 8.1 & 9.1 version.Work on IUT movement between other Bangalore locations post getting approval from Finance and ICRES Team (De bonding team).Bangalore SPOC for refresh activity (Laptops). Replacement of 4+ years assets by co coordinating with Management and Service Delivery team. Bangalore SPOC for Disposal Activity and for QA on ticketing analysis. Ensure smooth and seamless backend support with respect to Assets.Maintain Asset Records pertaining to Installations, Movements, Allocations, and Changes (IMAC).Projection and forecast to be shared with Management every fortnight to plan for procurement of assets.Preparing reports on excel as and when required.Providing support to customers on asset related queries. Ensure new material Delivery is inspected before they are taken over. Entry of newly procured assets should not be delayed for more than 2 working days to be entered in to the system and asset codes generated and pasted on the assets.To complete physical verification twice a year. Generate variance report based on the physically verified data with respect to FAR and ITICS Database.Ensure Laptop and Desktop allocation is done within the SLA and requisite stock levels is maintained at any given point in time.Managing Exit Clearance end to end for ITICS by coordinating with HR and various internal teams.
