Encourage team for Kizen and its implementation.Project Management/ Site Engineer: Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and execution of Projects (Micro to Macro) by ensuring quality and cost effectiveness and controlling the projects. Root cause analysis for each and every Fault/ Brake-down, Issue & ensure Implementation of TCI (Technical Change Instructions) , modifications and give Feedback / Suggestion to Design / R&D Dept.. DPR and Documentation for both Line and SCADA work. Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects. Visioning with Client, local authorities and resolving ROW issues. Managing Contracts & Subcontract billing. Performing the functions of predictive / breakdown / preventive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum and stability before hand-hoveringProduction Supervisor: Involved in Casting to Machining Finished Product. Day to day reporting of the Productions involved in machine shop. Preparation of Daily Production Report and Daily Breakdown Reports of Machine. Involved in Visual Inspection to Final Inspection of Finished Product. Managing Contracts & Subcontract billing. Keeping the machine availability to 99 % above through effect of Production.
