I am a chemical engineer graduated from National institute of Technology ,Rourkela (INDIA) in year 2012. I joined KRIBHCO on 2nd july,2012 as chemical engineer and was posted in ammonia plant(based on KBR purifier process) production department.1st year was on job training in field and panel operations of ammonia plant. After that I was given charge on panel. I have a total of 7 years of experience in panel operations of ammonia plant of KRIBHCO( KBR Purifier process). During ATA I supervise shutdown jobs . I have worked in many catalyst replacement jobs such as reformer catalyst replacement, HTS catalyst replacement, LTS catalyst replacement and ammonia converter modification and catalyst replacement.I joined OMIFCO on 1st march,2020 as control panel operator of ammonia plant. I am working here on deputation for 2 years .In OMIFCO , I am operating ammonia plant(HALDOR TOPSOE Process) panel.After 2 years of successful completion of my deputation I returned back to KRIBHCO and working as shift engineer in ammonia plant.I look over the production activities in ammonia plant and have to ensure efficient running of the plant. I have handled startup and shutdown activities , handled emergencies, heat and mass transfer calculations, material balancing, Piping and instrumentation upgradation of the plant. I have managed catalyst loading and unloading, catalyst reduction also.I am hard working and always try to enhance my knowledge.
