As a Retention and Product Marketing Manager at Decathlon India, I am responsible for planning and executing Customer Retention marketing campaigns from start to finish. This involves:.- Creating strategies around increasing DAU and MAU with personalized communication based on the cohorts, ~25% jump in Usage. - A ~35% retention rate with implementing a personalized communication campaign, and offering exclusive deals for returning customers through PN, WhatsApp Email, in-app notification, etc with ~1.5% Ctr- 6CR INR of PNL management with a split of 70% in retention and the remaining 30% in acquisition. - Collaborated with the product team to develop a Fitness Tracker, enhancing engagement rates from 46% to 72%. Also increase the DAU and MAU by 43%.Weekly and Monthly detailed reporting on the KPIs and strategies with the top leaders. - Responsible for the growth and development of my team by regularly assigning them to internal and external training. - Led 2 major campaigns this year Women’s Day and Yoga Day with ~50lack INR of investment and generated 7cr of turnover on product purchase. - Managing and working with different stakeholders with different cross-functional teams for designs, SEO, Paid ads, supply, etc.- Planned micro-campaigns to retain customers across different funnels with an overall 3% conversion with monthly sessions of 17M on web+app.
