● Carry out regular site inspection and supervision of sub-structure, super structure of concrete works.● Inspection and testing such as civil construction materials, soil, aggregates, cement, rebar, concrete, test cubes etc at third party testing job and evaluate test results as per the project specifications.● Attend witness and hold point identified in concrete quality, checking slump, temperature, delivery time, kind of mix (SRC OR PORTLAND) and if the concrete are poured within the allotted time.● Checking / verify the materials certificate from supplier base on approved specifications/standard by the clients.● Post concrete inspection - check formwork removal, curing, check for honey comb or cracks.● Marking and measurement checking on the site as per designed drawing and preparing BOQ.● Supervision of Finishing works, Steel structure works, Aluminum and glazing works.● Preparation of micro program for upcoming days, monitoring the site progress, Labor productivity, sending labor requirement to the site management, Raising procurement/ purchase request, Coordinating with Subcontractors to achieve targets.● Coordinating with Consultant Engineer to get the approval for Site Inspections and keeping records.● Encouraging the productive labors, coordinating with Safety department to achieve Zero accidents and checking the Site activities to avoid the NCR’s.● Keeping and providing report of Subcontractor’s work done Quantities and following QS department for Subcontractor’s payment certificate and helping QS department in Client billing.
