Getting them to identify customer problems through user research and data, then use these to prioritise to create and maintain their roadmap. Then validate solutions by performing user testing before committing their limited development resources to the wrong solution. Also defined KPIs and ways to measure them so that we had quantitative data to measure the success of the product and feed it back into customer problem identification and prioritiosation.Working with a group of different Stakeholders with different backgrounds, experience levels, and expectations was an interesting challenge.
