I handle the Metro Rail Line including the Viaduct, Tunnels, Atgrade, Stations buildings, Depot buildings, Park & Ride Buildings, Rolling Stock, Signalling, Telecommunications, Automatic Fare Collection, Rolling Stock, Platform Screen doors, Landscape and Streetscape works.

Hyderabad Metro Rail Project is implemented by L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, an SPV incorporated by L&T Group. It is the largest PPP contract in Metro Sector in the world. Project Scope includes the construction of 72 km of elevated metro rail with 66 stations with 3 depots. My Key role was in the preparation of the Project Management Plan and Project Baselines. Set up major policies and procedures in the area of Planning, Monitoring, MIS, Reporting, Change Control, Risk Management, and Procurement. I have also been Managing the world’s leading contractors and consultants through effective project monitoring processes.I handled the Metro Rail Line including the Viaduct, Tunnels, Atgrade, Stations buildings, Depot buildings, Park & Ride Buildings, Rolling Stock, Signalling, Telecommunications, Automatic Fare Collection, Rolling Stock, Platform Screen doors, Landscape and Streetscape works.Also carried out planning study on the Construction of other Metro Rail Projects of the Company. (Chennai Metro, Bangalore Metro, and Delhi Metro)
