Collaborating with airline partners and stakeholders, I drive initiatives to grow passenger numbers, attract new airlines, and enhance Medan and North Sumatra's appeal for tourism and business.Key Achievements:1. Secured new International routes and airlines: Qatar Airways DOH - KNO 3 x weekly; Saudia Airlines - JED/MED - KNO 4 x weekly; Jetstar Asia SIN - KNO daily flight; Etihad Airways AUH - KNO 3 x weekly (announced eff 02-Oct-25). Batik Air Malaysia (Malindo) KUL - KNO 2 x daily2. Expanded domestic connectivity: 5 new domestic routes from KNO to SUB / DPS / TKG / SRG / DJB, significantly improving connectivity for the region.3. Tourism Promotion: Partnered with national, regional and foreign tourism boards to drive traffic increase on both segments Inbound as well as outbound4. Stakeholder Management: Led high level discussions with Airlines (New & Existing), Tourism Authorities, Development Authorities, Local Administration, Civil Aviation Authorities, Various Consulates, Visa service providers etc.

- Performing Network performance analysis – Identify opportunities to enhance contribution per BH on the existing routes, Identify potential opportunities for new routes to enhance A/c utilization- Working on schedule optimization project, objective – to increase overall aircraft utilization for the network- Built an excel based connection builder, which helps us in identify and manage suitable D-D, D-I,I-D,I-I connections- Working with Aircraft Maintenance, Crew Planning, Airport Services, OCC teams to achieve the target for the schedule optimization project- Periodic report generation – keeping an eye on competition movements and market trends, freq additions/deletions, market entry/exits etc.- Working with different airports (existing / new) & tourism boards of various countries for incentive programs and negotiations- Pax Charter Ops – Quotations, Cost Calculations, Scheduling, Liaisoning with OCC / Crew Scheduling / Slots / Airport Ops/ Sales, for smooth and efficient charter ops.
