Managed an estimated USD4billion value of Floating Production Unit (FPU) EPCIC Contract; Operation & Maintenance Tender; Affiliate Services Contract on the following areas:- Contracting strategy formulation, preparing tender plan and securing necessary internal and external approval, execute and manage tendering process, as well as providing negotiation support;- Providing contract advisory services to internal stakeholders, project team members as well as external stakeholders; Led the preparation and finalisation of Contract management plan;- Proactively led claims avoidance, preparation and defence;- Managed team on contract administration, tendering, counter claims preparation and procurement.

Responsibilities:a. Reviewed consultant design proposals and carry out techno-commercial negotiations with various vendors for necessary recommendation & implementation.b. Administered M&E contracts including contracting strategy, tendering activities, contract management, estimation & budgeting.c. Reviewed concept drawings, tender drawings, construction drawings and shop drawings prior to cost estimation, tendering, submission to approving authorities and execution at site.d. Evaluated M&E tender documents, specifications, BOQs, variations, scope of works according to standards, regulations and client requirement prior to tender issuance.e. Managed technical liaison with Consultants, Architects, electricity supply authority, water supply board, local authorities and Contractors on all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design development issues.f. Carry out cross audit on the installation, trouble shooting, commissioning and all contractual obligation of M&E works implementation and compliance.g. Coordinate in commissioning & handing over of M&E facilities to Facilities department.Projects managed under Construction Division: 1. Overall planning and supervision of erection, testing & commissioning of HVAC & BMS works of 6525TR at MCD Civic Centre New Delhi. 2009 - 2010Projects managed under Properties Division: 1. Commercial Mall of 600000sqft at Kukatpally, Hyderabad 2. Raintree Park Dwaraka Krishna township at Vijayawada consist of 3300 apartment units, 286 landed luxury villas, commercial buildings, clubhouses, water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant3. Raintree Park 1 township at Kukatpally, Hyderabad consists of 1776 units (37 Blocks) including water treatment system and sewage treatment plant4. First City township at Mihan, Nagpur consist of 2500 apartment units, 1 block of service apartment and shopping mall.

Projects Completed:1. Construction of 6 Blocks of 1896 low cost flats & A Sewerage Treatment Plant at Taman Wahyu 1, Kuala Lumpur for Jabatan Perumahan Negara.2. Construction of 1 Block Medium Cost Apartment consist of 316 units and 1 Block of 4 storey carpark for IJM Properties.3. Construction of Puchong Sewage Treatment Plant (300,000 PE) for Shimizu Corporation.
