This is a Bank Acquisition Project, following the acquisition of a bank by JPMC in May 2023, this project involved migrating the acquired bank’s clients to the existing JPMC’s products and decommissioning the former bank's applications and systems. Responsibilities: Performed Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of updates. Managed the migration of acquired bank clients to the JPMC’s products, ensuring a seamless transition and integration with existing systems. Developed a Java SpringBoot application to retrieve and consolidate 10 years of transactional and customer data from multiple sources, aiding in root cause analysis and resolution during future investigations. Used React to develop a dynamic and responsive user interface, providing a single view including data indexing and authorization. Upgraded the application to Java 17 to avoid end-of-support challenges, enhancing application stability and performance. Optimized database access and transaction management using ORMLite framework, resulting in significant performance improvements in data-heavy applications. Worked extensively with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the application's look and feel. Utilized AWS resources, including EC2, S3, and the internal AWS organization's cloud, to host and scale backend and frontend environments efficiently ensuring optimal performance. Designed and developed microservices using SpringBoot to increase application throughput and scalability. Applied the Spring Core container to develop loosely coupled applications and used Spring MVC to separate presentation layers from business logic. Project: Transit This project is a Big Data analytics services for fixed route Real Time arrival predictions and historical analysis of service delivery. The project of DART operates 156 fixed route services with 539 buses and 57 rails during the weekday peak hours.The project is a web-based SaaS service which will serve one Commuter Rail service, four Light Rail transit routes, one Streetcar route, 151 bus routes and specific shuttle services. This reporting platform project was architected to maintain 99.08% up time and also to continuously monitor the system for availability and provide a monthly uptime report depicting any periods of time in which the system was not available.
