With a Master of Computer Applications degree from PES College of Engineering and 3 years of Telecom domain and IT experience, I am a passionate and skilled QA and Integration Engineer. I have worked with Mobileum, a leading provider of telecom analytics solutions, on fraud management products and deployments, ensuring their functionality, performance, and quality.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I created and executed manual test cases and scenarios, analyzed incidents and defects, and reported test results to project stakeholders. I increased the test coverage by 10%, reduced the defect rate by 15%, and improved the customer satisfaction by 20%. I also provided guidance on testing techniques and best practices to other team members, and collaborated with them on test strategies and automation scope. As an Integration Engineer, I learned and applied the standard deployment methodologies and practices of Mobileum products, participated in the system and post-implementation audits, escalated issues timely, and provided product and technical feedback to the technical delivery manager and the field support team.
