• Redesigned and implemented new data-driven business models to improve efficiency and performance in supply chain and procurement, customer support processes, and human resources which led to $100,000 cost-savings for the company. • Involved in the technical product development of 3rd gen wastewater management systems which reduced the capital cost of the system from $80,000 to $40,000 and slashed the operating cost in half.• Developed new SOPs for supply chain, operations, and productions inclusive of policies, procedures, and process changes.• Established a new manufacturing facility & warehouse from scratch and developed a customized inventory management system saving $10,000 monthly.

• Redesigned and implemented new supply chain management strategies, including sourcing and purchasing of critical building materials, project management, and devising and implementing value-engineered solutions for projects, which led to $2 million cost-savings for the company over 3 years.• Expanded the company’s business reach into new markets such as China, Taiwan, India, Japan, and Malaysia through engaging new overseas suppliers and identifying new project opportunities. This gained the company savings of $1 million and new revenue streams of $5 million. • Overhauled existing factory processes to optimize efficiency, resources, and productivity while minimizing cost, through lean methodologies and data-driven approaches, which saved $30,000 in operational costs monthly.

• Brought in seven new business leads for the company in the IT, footwear, and automobile industry, through active engagement and cultivation, and by organizing three networking events. This gained the company $50,000 in revenue.• Produced analytical reports with recommendations on clients’ import and export processes, pricing structures, and streamlining work processes to boost long-term profitability, which help the companies collectively save $500,000.• Drafted business plans and devised marketing, sales, and promotional initiatives for clients, which saved them $100,00 collectively.

• Involved in more than 30 negotiations resulting in greater tariff concessions, preferential market access, and faster entry into markets for internationalizing Singaporean companies. • Advised seven companies operating in the ASEAN region on policy and compliance issues such as Standards & Conformance, Competition Policy, and Consumer Protection.• Coordinated Singapore's negotiations in the Regional Economic Comprehensive Partnership Agreement in consultation with government agencies and the private sector, as the lead policy coordinator.• Established the National Trade Repository for Singapore and maintained the ASEAN Trade repository on behalf of Singapore.

• Drafted five military papers and proposals on the procurement of new weapons systems and the revision of air defense security mechanisms.• Revised the Standard Operating Procedures of engagement.• Conducted multiple briefings to senior commanders on newly acquired technology.• Led the coordination of various armed forces groups and external agencies in my appointment as the lead operations coordinator for National Day Parade 2009's Parade & Ceremony group.
