This role had me involve in planning, executing, monitoring, managing stakeholders until the completion of projects.Secondly, as a freelancing business analyst for Alangaraa, I hired and directly managed 2 professionals to meet with the client's target revenue and project's scope by mitigating potential risks and avoiding any budget overruns.Dating back to the college days, I steered a team of 25 to the national all-terrain-vehicle event as their captain and production manager, taking complete responsibility for the team's hiring, manpower allocation, production planning, fund collection, fund management & logistics.
