    Major Projects @ HUL Orai, UP:A) Major Energy reduction projects:Utility Cost was the biggest component for the Make cost for Orai Unit. To deliver the cost target and meet the overall savings ask , systematic action plan were prepared & Executed savings in Fuel & Electricity Consumption.Total utility cost savings for 2019 projected at 3.76 Crs INR over a base of 13.99 Crs INR for 2018 with an over delivery of 26 % savings.B) Flow Wrap in Cascade-4: As Market Requirement to commission the Flow Wrap machines instead of conventional wrapping machine in cascade 4. With the Proper coordinating with Planning Team, Marketing team, Machine suppliers, Local Vendors we have successfully commissioned and produced commercial production only taking 2 weeks of shut down.C) TLO to QLO in cascade-2 with case packer: As central market Requirement we need to deliver more Lifebuoy soap to the central region. To deliver more qty we need to increase more wrapping machine. Presently we are running TLO from cascade-1 to Cascade-3, It is required to convert any of the cascade from TLO to QLO without any change of High bay equipment. With the Proper coordinating with Planning Team, Marketing team, Machine suppliers, Local Vendors. We have successfully commissioned and produced commercial production only taking 2 weeks of shutdown. D) Noodle Storage facility inside the factory:As per Business Requirement Orai DFA plant need to be shut and Noodle Storage facility need to be made inside the factory without adding any new Building. I have taken personal interest to make this facility by cutting old unused 22 Pans & reinforcement that area to a RCC floor without any major Capex as all the unused Pans were sold with best market price & making Ground & 1st Floor to a Noodle storage area which help to business around 7.0 Crs expenditure avoidance.

    Major Projects @ LLPL, Gandhidham, Gujarat:A) DOVE PROJECT (Green field Project):As Business Requirement to commission the Dove plant 1st Phase on or before 15th Jan 2013. I joined this Factory on 22nd Nov, 2012 & from 26th Nov I was involved in this project & successfully commissioned all the Electrical & Mechanical Utilities (Transformer, DG set, VCB, PCC, MCCs, UPS, compressor and Chillers) With the Proper coordinating with the Factory Team & project team and meet the business targets.C) Major Energy reduction projects in Aquagel / LLPL:Implementing the above Energy efficient activities like Efficient Pumps, IE3 Motors, VFD, LED Lights, Screw Compressors, Screw Chillers, VAM, line integrations in Aquagel we have saved around 42 Lac Units of Electrical power compare to 2012 power consumption Which has help to improve the reduce the CPT by reducing Approx. 3.2 CR Utility bill & 3300 Ton of CO2 Emission.D)Major Utilities Cost reduction projects in Aquagel:i) 3rd Party Power through MTOA: In Gujarat there is excess of power and Industry can purchase power from 3rd prties directly through MTOA/STOA and Aquagel was taking power from PCBL through MTOA by using the GETCO & PGVCL substation.Later on with the same process we have taken power from Continuum Wind Energy from 2 X1.8 MW wind mills to get Green Energy.Through the above Initiatives 2.25 Crs Net Utility cost was reduced of the factory.ii) EB Power in Dove Unit: In Aquagel started to make dove soap in from Jan 2013 without EB Power. We applied for 2nd HT line which was denied by PGVCL but approved to take power from Unit-1. After getting the approval with 15 days we have started to get power from Unit-1 through LT cable & later on through HT power. Through this dove plant utilities cost came to 1.5 Cr/Year from 6 Cr/Year.Through the above Energy Reduction and Utility cost savings project LLPL Utility cost reduced to 19.7 Crs from 34.0 Cr which is 44% cost Reduction.

    Major Projects @ KPF, Kolkata, W.B:A) Bolder Unit Relocation:As Business Requirement PM bolder units was relocated at KPF, Kolkata from Ghatkeswar, Hyderabad. For understanding the Electrical system of PM Bolder, several times visited to Ghatkeswar factory & took the proper Electrical System design at KPF for flawless Execution.Total Project Execution was taken only 8 weeks including MCC Panel Installation & commissioning, Cable lying & motor commissioning. Total Electrical Budget of the Project was 10 million. At the time of Project Execution, Budget was taken care that the total cost of the Electrical budget will not be overshooted. Successfully we had completed the project (Electrical portion) within 10 million. B) Ice Cream Unit Relocation:As Business Requirement Ice Cream units was relocated at KPF, Kolkata from Diamond Harbour road, Kolkata. For understanding the Electrical system of Ice Cream unit several times visited to the DHR Factory & took the proper Electrical System design at KPF that there will be no problem at the time of Execution.Entire Electrical system of the factory was changed during this project. The maximum Demand was revised from 750KW to 1300KW. The total project contained changing the HT cable From EB Breaker to HUL HT VCB Breaker, New HT Cable laying from 3 Panels VCB to 630 KVA Transformer, all MCC panel installation & commissioning, cable laying & commissioning of each & Every motor. Total ICD project was taken in record time of 12 weeks. Total Electrical Budget of the Project was 40 million. At the time of Project Execution, Budget was taken care that the total cost of the Electrical budget will not be overshooted. Successfully we had completed the project (Electrical portion) within 40 million.
