Drives programs that embed health, safety and wellbeing of employees, which includes Group Mediclaim Coverage (GMC), Group Term Life (GTL) and Group Accidental Policy (GPA). Manage full life cycle for Off Roll and Consultant (retainership). Overseeing Attendance Records, Leave, Full & final and Payroll preparation as well as Personnel files and records. Preparation of various HR Dashboard’s for analyzing KPI’s and identifying the opportunities and threats crucial for the smooth functioning of the department. Responsible for Monthly HR Dashboard, Review PPT and other MIS activity. Responsible to ensure employee data updation in ERP (Fusion HR), data authenticity, generation of various reports from ERP tool & subsequent data analysis.
