HR Business Partner: Handling the roll of HR Business Partner for Corporate office (Head count of 400 employees).  Serve as primary point of contact for employees and management addressing concern in timely manner within the company policy.  Responsible for recommending retention strategies and driving Performance Management System.  Assists with design, implementation and administration of employee engagement activities and programs from onboarding to exit.  Conduct onboarding, new employee orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is processed correctly.HR Operations & MIS : Responsible to take care of day-to-day HR Operational work of headcount of 1500 employees and 700 + associate (Off Roll, Consultant and Contract) who are spread in India, Philippine, Bangladesh and Singapore.  Actively conducting monthly and quarterly audits, to manage integrity and quality.  Drives programs that embed health, safety and wellbeing of employees, which includes Group Mediclaim Coverage (GMC), Group Term Life (GTL) and Group Accidental Policy (GPA).  Manage full life cycle for Off Roll and Consultant (retainership).  Overseeing Attendance Records, Leave, Full & final and Payroll preparation as well as Personnel files and records.  Preparation of various HR Dashboard’s for analyzing KPI’s and identifying the opportunities and threats crucial for the smooth functioning of the department.  Responsible for Monthly HR Dashboard, Review PPT and other MIS activity.  Responsible to ensure employee data updation in ERP (Fusion HR), data authenticity, generation of various reports from ERP tool & subsequent data analysis.

• Provide assistance to the business leadership and formulate and implement the human resource plans and programs to support the business objectives and increase employee motivation. • Support the Business Team on all HR systems and assist in implementing HR strategies that drive business results.• Manpower Planning & Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.• Executing the entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing, screening, short-listing, selection and appointment, Induction, etc.• Maintain a very cost-effective and efficient sourcing mix between direct hiring, referrals and vendors. Engaging other sourcing strategies like head hunting, social media, websites and portals• Address the attrition issue and suggest retention techniques specific for the business.• Assess the performance & effectiveness of filed force on monthly basis and provide suggestions on how to improve the same by providing appropriate training and mentoring activities• Maintain frequent contact with all operation teams through participation in weekly team meetings and field visits.• Analyse and act on feedback from operation about the quality of recruiting, hiring and development activities• Ensures processing of provident fund, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund for Payroll as per the guidelines and adherence of other Manpower related compliances for Organization.• Preparation of various HR Dashboard’s for analyzing KPI’s and identifying the opportunities and threats crucial for the smooth functioning of the department.• Actively conducting monthly and quarterly audits, to manage integrity and quality.• Perform as liaison for all traditional HR functions (e.g. Employee Benefits, Payroll, Employee Satisfaction & Performance Management).• Overseeing Attendance Records, Leave, Full & final and Payroll preparation as well as Personnel files and records.
