Ensure timely communication and coordination throughout the interview process. * Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates, addressing their questions or concerns promptly. * Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top technical talent. Highlight the company's culture, values, career opportunities, and employee benefits in job descriptions, conversations with candidates, and online platforms. * Offer Management and Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive offers for selected candidates. Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate compensation, benefits, and other employment terms, ensuring alignment between the candidate's expectations and the organization's policies.
