As a seasoned expert in the field of creative education, I have devoted the past three decades of my life to revolutionizing the way India views and values creative education and its importance in the job market. My unwavering passion for nurturing exceptional creative talents and my keen business acumen have enabled me to establish and lead the Image Group, a conglomerate of several companies offering comprehensive creative education programs from school to Master's degree, a feat no other organization has accomplished. My goal was, and still is, to innovate creative education and prepare the next generation of creative leaders for global success. Thus, in 1996, I founded Image Creative Education. With 30 centers nationwide, the institute has trained over 79,000 candidates in creative skills like Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Fashion Design, and more and launched them into the job market.In response to the unmet demand for qualified professionals in India's booming animation, VFX, and gaming industries in the mid-2000s, I founded the ICAT Design and Media College in 2004, the country's first full-time creative education institute.Now, with three state-of-the-art campuses in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, ICAT has trained over 8,500 students and placed them at top national and international creative firms and studios, contributing to the growth of the Indian creative industry.In 2011, I launched Imageminds with the goal of equipping children with the creative and digital skills they'll need to compete in the creative and technologically advanced job market of the future.Through our tie-ups with schools that prioritize creative education, over 2 lakh school-going children have unlocked their potential and explored the different forms of visual arts, unleashing their imagination and creativity. Today, to widen the reach of art-integrated learning beyond the school campuses, we have launched the Creative and IQ Development Kit, a one-of-a-kind kit that teaches creative and digital skills to children via fun-based and self-paced experiential learning activities.Overall, in all these years as the head of the Image Group conglomerate, I’ve employed over 7,500 people. My aim is to establish creative education as the crown jewel of the Indian education system, and through my work, I strive to foster a culture of creativity and innovation in our country.
