In my role, I drive strategic planning and product development, taking full ownership of program execution, including software development and operations management. I've led teams of Technical Project Managers to deliver many of the successful program outcomes.I've implemented end-to-end RFI and RFP procedures, developed evaluation frameworks, and effectively managed supplier responses, resulting in successful supplier selections.► Initiated the program charter, formulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives, and Key Results (OKRs), and presented Quarterly Business Results (QBRs).► Crafted the program organization, devised a delivery strategy, defined roles and engaged stakeholders, assessed risks and dependencies, and outlined deliverables. Oversaw program budgets and provided regular reports on financial status.► Planned and executed the program using SAFe Agile methodology using Jira and Confluence for the development of Microservices-based products deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Implemented DevSecOps pipelines to manage software vulnerabilities and automate deployments.► Orchestrated Client Integration Testing across 12 major portfolio customers, ensuring seamless integration of the program's components. Led a team of 7 Project Managers and oversaw a dedicated team of over 100 associates and contractors, coordinating their efforts to achieve program objectives.► Orchestrated day-to-day operations, executed production rollouts, and consistently met Service Level Agreements (SLAs).► Conducted the complete RFI and RFP processes, including the development of an evaluation rubric and active management of supplier selection.► Led a team of 250+ full-time employees and contractors over a decade, successfully delivering over 130 projects.
