As the Global Director of the Pharma Vertical at Lindström Group, I am responsible for driving sustainable growth and improving profit margins across our global Pharma Business. As the Director for Asia, I was responsible for developing and executing overall strategy across key business segments, focusing on exploring new growth opportunities, including M&A, and driving sustainable business throughout Asian markets. I led the Strategic Marketing & Business Development functions, aligning business and brand objectives by driving lead generation through digital marketing and ensuring revenue fulfillment.Additionally, I managed and accelerated the profitable growth of the Workwear Business in Korea and the Cleanroom Business in India, ensuring a strong and sustainable growth trajectory across these critical markets.

At the beginning of my career at Lindström as SBU Head, I led a startup initiative in North India, establishing the Workwear Business from the ground up. I successfully set up business operations across North and East India, recruiting an enthusiastic, results-oriented sales and operations team. In this role, I led the B2B sales team and was responsible for overseeing business operations, along with managing the P&L for multiple business units.

Mumbai

As the Business Head for Western India at IFB, a leading consumer durable company, I was responsible for the P&L of the region’s operations. I successfully restructured the entire business, turning it profitable, and initiated a new vertical targeting the commercial segment. By expanding our market share through modern trade and retail chains, I also enhanced customer satisfaction by building an agile and responsive service network across Western India.

Responsible for P&L of North Indian SBUs.Set up offices all over the North, recruited enthusiastic and passionate team, expanded the business by increasing channel base, implemented Cash and Carry, designed and implemented sell in - sell-out scheme successfully.Also tasked with new product launches, Boutique shop and the development of a sales strategy for the retail segment.

As the District Sales Manager for Delhi NCR, India’s largest market, I was responsible for driving sales in both the Passenger Car Radial and Truck and Bus replacement segments. I successfully increased market share by expanding the channel base, launching new products, and opening exclusive stores.
