Key activity includes interacting with business clients, requirement analysis, solution designing, team management, task assignment to the developers and ensuring the quality of the project with the agreed timelines.Activities includes:• Accountable for various e-commerce applications, DnataTravel (www.DnataTravel.com), GulfVentures (www.GulfVenturesAgents.com) and Corporate TMS (Travel Management System)• Managing team for development, enhancement and support activity• Integrating various vendor booking systems as Galileo, Sabre, GTA, WCT, Qantas, MIKI, Holiday autos etc• Liaising with clients and understanding their requirements• Assisting developers in solving complex technical issues• Writing and executing text box test cases, performing code review, creating test data, writing and executing behavioral test cases• Solving defects logged by QA; Performing retrofit & maintenance work• Providing technical training to developers & enhancing their capabilities for consistent success of the organization
