As a Director for the healthcare startup, led the Technology for 3 areas -Data Science, Data Platform and Insurance. As part of Data Science worked on identifying the ICD-10(Diagnostic) codes against insurance claims based on chat between doctor and the patient. Second is a recommendation model for upsell based on items pushed into cart during purchase. Third model is for identifying address from identity card thru OCR and populating the heat map. Developed a model for user personalization for targeted advertisements. Developed AI/ML platform using Kubeflow. This incorporates a platform for training and inference of the models.As part of Data Engineering, responsible for data platform comprising of batch and real time pipeline. Developed a data lake model using AWS for batch processing. Utilize raw zone as a single source of truth for all data. Utilize Apache Hudi for transactions and record level update/delete to data lake. As part of batch pipeline extracting data from sources like RDS, Google Analytics, Mix Panel and performing Transformation and loading data into Redshift. Looker and Metabase is used for providing Business Intelligence Dashboard. For Realtime data pipeline utilizing Kafka as the streaming platform, Elastic Search as the search engine and Flink for stream processing.As part of Insurance, developed membership ingestion, Benefits and Claims for Digital Cashless Outpatient and Third-party Admin system. Responsible for developing membership Ingestion schema, processing of membership data, assigning benefits and adjudicating claims. As part of App development worked on Simplifying benefits for Insurance. This enables customer’s insurance journey wherein he can discover the nearest hospital to accessing information on their entitlement and the process to utilize their benefits.

-As a Director for CASB (Cloud Access Security Brokers), responsible for development of Data services using Elastic Search. CASB is a security policy enforcement point between cloud service consumers and cloud service providers to combine and interject enterprise security policies as the cloud based resources are accessed. Elastic Search is the key component used for storing and searching of security related threats. Visualization, data exploration as well as managing and monitoring of cluster are done thru Kibana. -Responsible for monitoring of the security threats and providing aggregation of all threats. We provide information on suspicious IP, Brute force attack, IP hopping and User and Entity Analytics Behavior. UEBA helps us to deliver actionable intelligence and provide protection against internal and external threats. This is achieved by calculating z-score and detecting anomaly behavior. The solution helps to detect unusual user activity and data movement and compromised credentials that indicate threat to a cloud environment.-Responsible for providing reporting functionality for security posture of an organization. We enable a security first approach to compliance with support for pre-built compliance reports.-Enabled migration of the Data Services into the Oracle cloud using packer, terraform and ansible scripts.

As part of Global Data and Analytics platform group, responsible for development of Digital Merchant and Finance Transformation while utilising the Next Gen Data integration platform. This development combines a mix of Data Science and Big Data technologies.

Developing Next Generation Hadoop based Big Data platform for NetApp.The data platform captures the AutoSupport(“ASUP” - Diagnostic information send to its Data center) and provides data storage and processing capabilities. Data platform comprises of Flume, HDFS, HBase, Datastax Solr and Graph DB.Data platform provides data elements for Analytics, Dashboard, and Reporting applications. RESTful webservices is used as an interface between the Data Platform and the web portal.Also responsible for Dashboard and Reporting applications over the hadoop platform.
