This is a new phase in Teak Software where i have been given full responsibility of managing all the company affairs right from personnel recruitment, monitoring client on boarding, new product(s) management, managing company finances and operations in both India and United States and several more.Looking forward to take this challenge on...!!!!

We built several new products during this phase along with making sure that we keep improving the teak software newspaper circulation software for existing as well as new clients. It required a more broader understanding of the technical side of the product and it helped me grow personally along with the company.We ensured that we keep improving the current several processes in the company like product delivery, learnt more about Agile methodologies, worked more closely with the developers than usual and we created a more awesome culture with in the company as a whole.Visited several clients in US to have a more better understanding of their processes, needs and have a more close relationship with them. Some of them are Daytona Beach(Florida), Mitchell's NY(New York), Washington Post(Washington DC), Weirson News(Portland), The Seattle Times(Seattle), Leominster News Inc(Leominster, MA), San Francisco Chronicle(San Francisco) and several more...Learnt a lot by attending GWAA conferences in Vegas to meet different publishers and attended several round table sessions and seminars.

Led the Teak Systems support team members for the Teak Circulation software product installation for US and Canada leading newspapers and independent distributors.Recruitment and Training of new support team members on teak software circulation system so that they have the deep understanding of the product and can provide excellent support to teak clients.Worked as a bridge between support team and development team so that we have a more efficient process of product customization and faster integration of product with other ERP systems like NewsCycle DSI/DTI, SalesForce, SAP etc.

On boarding and training of Newspaper Clients on Teak Single Copy Circulation Software and also providing support to existing clients as and when needed.Processing requests from clients on product customization and working with development team to test those requested changes before it goes into production.

Getting quality projects for financing from companies, C.A. and analyzing the project viability using various methods and finding proper source of finance for these projects.
