Have a vast experience of approx. 20 years working in International domain and have travelled extensively to many countries in Asia & Europe on Marketing and Sales work. My key KPIs are Lead generation /Account conversion /Sales and Gross Margin generation /and Credit Control. In my current position I am also Head of Commercial for Russia & CIS, with following duties:• Visit clients overseas and represent Le Passage to India at fairs, events nationally and internationally. Schedule and participate (as necessary) in familiarization trips for clients.• Conduct client presentations and deliver commercial activities such as roadshows, client events in order to convert business opportunities. • Formulate the Commercial plan pertaining to the specific market(s).• Analyze target accounts, qualify them and understand what value proposition is required to convert them. Develop and finalize proposals that match the findings from the client analysis and ideally are promoting services and products exclusive to Le Passage to India. • Manage sales and ensure profitability according to the annual budget of the market(s), aligned with the overall objectives of the Organization.• Contribute to commercial strategies (Price, Product, and Promotion). Generate client leads in line with the Organization’s commercial strategy. • Oversee the team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), entrusted with the key responsibility of client/ business retention.• Guide KAM’s on effective techniques to optimize query management (response time, response quality) and hence drive conversion rate.• Improvements and implementation of new processes aligned to the organization’s value proposition.
