• Responsible for the Hiring numbers within the given headcount to meet the resource requirement for the Company
• Partner with Hiring Managers of multiple BU's for effective deliverables of resources
• Leverage on low cost models of acquiring resources like Job Portal / Direct / Internal / Social Media to ensure hiring costs remain within the budgets
• Establish Rapport with Vendor Partners and Understand their Delivery capabilities
• Broadcast the Requirement to Suitable Vendors
• Ensure adequate resumes are generated through Direct sources and Vendor channel

•  Follow the ISO process for recruitment. Interacting with the Business Unit Head/HR Business Partners on their manpower needs for the financial year. Drives achievement of the hiring targets for their sub region.
• Manage the beginning to end staffing process; supports implementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates.

 Scrutinize the profiles to check if the candidate meets Infosys Criteria.  Closing the candidature in Infosys portal, if they don’t meet Infosys Criteria. Scheduling the shortlisted profiles, Sending call letter to the candidates. Follow up with scheduled candidate to make sure the turn out is good. Preparing the control sheet.  Coordinate with the.
