• Responsible for the Hiring numbers within the given headcount to meet the resource requirement for the Company• Partner with Hiring Managers of multiple BU's for effective deliverables of resources• Leverage on low cost models of acquiring resources like Job Portal / Direct / Internal / Social Media to ensure hiring costs remain within the budgets • Establish Rapport with Vendor Partners and Understand their Delivery capabilities• Broadcast the Requirement to Suitable Vendors • Ensure adequate resumes are generated through Direct sources and Vendor channel• In Depth Prescreening of resumes to understand candidate's suitability & fitment for the open position• Share shortlisted resumes to Hiring Manger and get their feedback • Interview coordination and execution as per the plan• Salary Negotiation with the Selected Candidates and Vendors. • Coordination with pay rolling agency (like Randstad) for facilitating Offers to Directly sourced Candidates• Working with Delivery Managers, collecting the necessary documents (GH approvals, evaluation sheets & CEO approval templates) for on boarding the selected resource/candidate.• Liaison with VMC Operations team for Generation of SOW and Work orders for selected candidates• Follow up with the vendors/candidate to ensure the candidate join on the specified Date.• Update BOU Management and BUs on Open Positions and Candidate Joining details through MIS reports• Preparation and publishing MIS Dashboard on Recruitment Status to Leadership team.
Follow the ISO process for recruitment. Interacting with the Business Unit Head/HR Business Partners on their manpower needs for the financial year. Drives achievement of the hiring targets for their sub region, including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. Screening of profiles as per the job requirement. • Manage the beginning to end staffing process; supports implementation of sourcing strategies, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates relocation. Briefing the candidate about the company, requirement, and career path in HP Conduct the HR round of interview for the Technical and Managerial select candidates.
