I am a Validation, Verification & Test Engineer with a comprehensive knowledge of the methods and principles of software and hardware test engineering. Possessing good documentation and communication skills alongside an ability to formulate, advise and implement testing strategy.I am currently employed with Aricent Technology Holding Ltd since last 13 years and currently working as Senior Technical Lead.I am a skilled Telecom Test engineer having experience in 2G (GSM/EDGE) RAN. I also have good understanding of 4G -LTE, IoT enabling Technologies and have attended multiple training sessions on it. I have no professional experience in LTE & IoT.I have worked with different OEM like NSN & SAMSUNG on 2G Base Station products. I have been in Korea for 3+ years and provided technical support for 2G L1 RF Testing to client. Besides I have travelled to UK, China, and Germany for customer support facing issues in product demo/ Lab Trials/ Field trials.I have in depth understanding of STLC (SW Testing Life Cycle) including understanding/gathering of Customer Requirements and their Analysis, writing Test Strategy/Test Plan/Test Case, Test Execution, Test Automation, Defect analysis. I have done testing in R&D Lab environment and have been involved in different phases of testing as Functional/Feature, System, Load, Regression, Acceptance/ Release Test. Additional looked into automation of various test scenarios so as to ensure 24x7 automation and higher productivity.From last few years in Techno-Management role and have lead a team of 12-15 persons for delivery of product releases wrt testing aspects.
