I am responsible for developing strategy for community outreach program, identifying potential associates, partners, carry out due diligence and legal agreements with them for execution and operations of the said program. I am directly involved in budgeting, preparing and seeking approvals on cost proposals, site preparedness, conducting activities and ensure adequate manpower and logistics support for success of the health screening activities at the proposed sites. I have also been assigned additional responsibility of managing work at Yolo Health Foundation which is a not-for-profit initiative.I am also involved in promoting, raising awareness on Yolo Health Products & Services within the potential target markets.

• Conduct community health survey, health screening and health camps• Plan and execute health awareness campaign, health talks, CME and small healthcare workshops with different target communities/ stakeholders• Develop and maintain association with various allied healthcare service organizations, NGOs, Trust, Society working in field of health, education and environmental health for joint working• Develop and maintain database of communities (residential, market places, office complexes, companies, organizations, institutions, schools, colleges, clubs) within the catchment zone of the hospital• Develop and maintain relationship with key officials of various communities• Conduct community health requirements and map it properly for devising various health programs specific to the existing & future needs• Make, present & seek approvals on the budget for communities activation, mobilization and engagement programs• Plan, do resource allocation and execute the planned community outreach programs, activities and events• Prepare detail activity reports and conduct study of trends, outcome and performance in context of community outreach programs

• Contact, connect and on-board mental health specialists (Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Neurologist) as experts • Handle agreement, MoU and other legal and financial documentation with the on-boarded specialists• Develop and maintain database of target communities (companies, organizations, institutions, schools, colleges and universities) • Develop and maintain relationship with key officials of various communities• Conduct community health requirements and map it properly for devising various health programs specific to the existing & future needs in field of neurology, psychology and psychiatry services• Make, present & seek approvals on the budget for communities activation, mobilization and engagement programs• Plan, do resource allocation and execute the planned community outreach programs, activities and events• Prepare detail activity reports and conduct study of trends, outcome and performance in context of community outreach programs

• Develop and maintain database of communities (residential, market places, office complexes, companies, organizations, institutions, schools, colleges, clubs) within the catchment zone of the hospital• Develop and maintain relationship with key officials of various communities• Conduct community health requirements and map it properly for devising various health programs specific to the existing & future needs• Make, present & seek approvals on the budget for communities activation, mobilization and engagement programs• Plan, do resource allocation and execute the planned community outreach programs, activities and events• Prepare detail activity reports and conduct study of trends, outcome and performance in context of community outreach programs

• Develop and maintain database of top corporate (Government & Private), professional, social & cultural organizations including Insurance/ TPA and non-profits within the catchment zone of the hospital. • Handling legal documentation, agreement/ MoU with the target corporate/ organization as per the policy, rules/ regulations governing such an association• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with key authorities (stakeholders, Point of Contact) at the target corporate for conducting activities and business conversions• Handling branding, brand positioning, marketing & promotion through events like Doctor’s meet, CMEs, Health Camps & conferences/ workshops.• Handling media relations, print articles, advertisement and publicity• Work on lead generation, sales conversion and continual business growth

• Meet clients to explain policy options and details• Provide quotations for new policy• Obtain approval on policy chosen and requested by client• Support client by resolving their queries• Provide quotation, policy variation options for existing customer under renewal business.• Meet brokers to explain policy options, details & customer handling• Support sales team to convert the business.• Conduct Underwriting training for sales team, operational team and brokers
