Responsible for overseeing various aspects of SAP Rise operations, ensuring its successful implementation, delivery, and ongoing support at ADNOC.

Functioned as the IT focal point responsible for the identification, acquisition and implementation of systems and allied components that ensured performance, scalability, fault tolerance and, security compliance.

At National Drilling Company (NDC) my responsibilities include the management of the SAP NetWeaver (BASIS) team, technical project management and system administration. Current responsibilities also include technology review for specific business requirements as well as functioning as the technical liaison between NDC and SAP.

At Hewlett Packard Singapore, my role was that of an SAP BASIS Consultant with HP Services (GDIS) team. Responsibilities here include ensuring optimal performance of the SAP system and managing/executing projects and working with the sales team on outsourcing deals. I also setup of an Enterprise Portal landscape for an external customer. My responsibilities also included installing SAP servers, performing upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, troubleshooting and client interaction. I also functioned as the MS SQL 7.0 Oracle 8.0 DBA, specializing in setting-up of disaster recovery sites.

From June 2003– August 2005: SAP BASIS Consultant HP Service (MSDD) I worked with HP Service (MSDD) as a BASIS Consultant. My responsibilities as part of team of BASIS Consultants were to deliver SAP BASIS related services to customers. My responsibilities include execution of projects and supporting customers in the post implementation phase. My last project was the upgrade of an SAP system from version 4.6 C to 4.7. I am currently working on a project to migrate a SAP R/3 SAP system on Windows 2000 SQL server platform to Windows 2003 64 Bit and MS SQL 64 bit Itanium platform. As part of this team I also support customers who outsource SAP BASIS operation to HP. From April 2001 – June 2003: SAP BASIS Consultant Hewlett Packard Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)With the HP Services division I was part of a large team of SAP professionals managing the SAP Systems used for ‘Order Management’ in the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America regions. My responsibilities include taking remedial, preventive and proactive measures so as to ensure continued availability of the system at optimal performance. I am also involved in the planning and implementation of the DRP system for this SAP installation. Starting January 2002, I have been reassigned to the Global SAP Support team. As part of this team, I was assigned the responsibility of rolling out performance monitoring tools such as Solution manager and SAP SPI for all systems in the different HPS regions. The responsibility of functioning as one of the Global SAP security representatives has also been entrusted to me.

At NIIT I functioned as an SAP BASIS consultant for the outsourcing division of NIIT (Thailand) Ltd. My responsibilities included installing SAP servers, performing upgrades, performance monitoring and tuning, troubleshooting and client interaction. I also functioned as the MS SQL 7.0 Oracle 8.0 DBA, specializing in setting-up of disaster recovery sites. My first employer was NIIT India, where I worked as a BASIS administrator and Network administrator. I worked and in NIIT India between 1997 and 2000.
