Project Marketing Manager of two greenfield projects located in two of Melbourne's most active growth suburbs.

Directly reporting to the director, and working alongside the DM's I undertake manage the sales and marketing activities for Evolve Development's four residential subdivision projects.This role includes the high level, strategic development of integrated marketing and communication plans specifically targeted to each of the four residential projects I oversee. From conception of the strategy I work with a team of sales, marketing, advertising, research and public relations consultants to implement the strategy and manage the ongoing success of each project.Day-to-day this role includes a wide range of sales, marketing and communication activities including: budeting, price analysis and research, competition analysis, social media management, copy writing, online content management, promotion strategy and implementation, art direction, public relations, eDM and DM strategy and ROI analysis.

In my role as Coordinator, Marketing & Communications I had the sole responsibility of coordinating and managing the marketing operations for the Investment Sales division of Colliers International across four offices in Victoria. This role involved coordinating the strategy and project management of fully integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns of properties which includes everything from $300,000 strata units to $8,000,000 development sites to $100,000,000 CBD trophy assets.
