- Accelerating Digital Transformation within capital Projects- Leading development of project digital strategy and its deployment to achieve business value - aspired 10-15% of TIC- Managing Digital Engineering to Digital Construction & Commissioning to Startup- Supply Chain Management to enable Digital Transformation aligned with Shell’s CT2025

- Led Upstream Asset Emergency Response and Business Continuity Management- Led "Safety leadership Program" supporting Asset leadership to achieve Goal Zero. - Managed Offshore and Onshore Security and Oil Spill Response in collaboration with Western Naval Command, ODAG, Indian Coast Guard etc. - Led defense exercise Prasthan at offshore with Indian Navy and other security agencies.

- Led Brownfield Projects Execution with TQ performance and Goal Zero - Excellent in managing business expectations with JV partners and delivering complex BF projects involving Technical, Marine and offshore challenges- Delivered BF projects of headline size >$25M from planning through Execution utilising my Stakeholders Management skills

- Responsible for Offshore Electrical Systems Operations and Reliability- Achieved >95% inspection and rectification for Ex Equipment - Modified Electrical systems architecture at plant to cater requirements of declining asset production and support handover -Optimised Electrical Systems Maintenance Schedule to enhance system efficiency and cost savings
