I am a social adept & everyone’s go-to at work in getting a job done. I find the art of networking very fascinating. Understanding what differentiates people, how do they click, how groups work, & how one makes a decision is a driving force for me. Particularly, what drives culture forward & how brands & storyteller shape it, intrigues me. I have focused my career on understanding critical questions around how branding and marketing evolves. I am an IIM Calcutta alum (EPSM 2018-19) with an experience of working over 9+years. I have a wide experience in launching products, and have an acumen for Product Management. Currently leading UPI for SBI Cards. I have helped clients create an ecosystem on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.With a sales & networking background, business development & collaborations remain my biggest assets building collective impacts with my individual efforts. I have been involved in building, developing & managing products across the financial & credit lending space, channel partnerships, stakeholder management, engaging & negotiating with C-level executives, managing GTM efforts resulting in higher revenue growth & adoption.My prior experience has exposed me in driving sales for SaaS products. 
I have immense experience in leading strategic initiatives with attention to detail. I have also worked in multiple projects aimed at building new line of business initiatives. I have been involved in all stages of branding & collaboration efforts including brand narratives, visibility, advocation & value. I have been responsible to manage a set of partners through agreement consultations with legal teams, developing offerings, driving partner optimisation programs, helping stakeholders create product roadmaps with tech and/or product teams, & ensuring business execution by the impact towards goals. Apart from this, I have been engaged in volunteering for social initiatives with ‘CRY', deploying brand awareness programs, part of a private network of rising women leaders with ‘leap.club’ along with serving 'Harvard Business Review' for their HBR Ascend program.
