QA Lead and Training Manager  Designed a streamlined course content/ structure for the TA Job Ready Programme at Industry Connect. Over 100s of people have found TA jobs by going through the TA programme.  Mentored/ Trained QA teams in Auckland for a year initially and helped lots of people get a job as a TA. As we started growing, we hired tutors and I was promoted to the Training Manager where I train the tutors across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Sydney, and Melbourne. And the tutors in turn train the participants in each of these locations.
