Ltd., where I deployed the BMC Remedy ITSM Solutions and worked on upgrade, maintenance and support projects.My primary BMC experience has been in developing and customizing ITSM, SRM, SLM DWPC, Live Chat, Chabot, Innovation Studio, configurations, Foundation Data load using UDM, as well as building smart reports, dashboard, storyboard.I have worked in all phases of application lifecycle from requirement gathering to design, development, deployment, and support with emphasis in Remedy customizations to meet the business requirements.I am passionate about learning new skills and delivering quality products to my clients.
