Writing with chalk on board, maintaining class discipline in teacher’s absence, explaining complex topics to my classmates, convincing my father to let me be the tutor of my twin brothers, participating in school science conferences without fail etc. were some of the acts that made me feel “I love science.” It seemed like an appropriate dream due to the notion that Science stream is chosen by the best students. I gravitated towards higher studies in Science. But I kind of just felt meh. I yearned to learn more, interact with new individuals, share my knowledge with others, help others in personality development, etc. I was proved wrong. It was not my love for science. “It was my love for learning, my passion for facilitating other’s development through my learnings.”And that's when it happened: I suddenly felt the spark missing when I entered Learning & Development. Since then, I can’t get enough. Training combines all of my passions: getting to know new people, meeting them on a daily basis, and assisting them in understanding the path to a successful corporate life. I'm free to use my own imagination to achieve my goals. I adore putting instructional design principles to use and combining enjoyment with learning.My areas of expertise include Training Need Analysis, Designing Efficient Training Plan, Interactive Training Delivery, Training Evaluation, Campus to Corporate Trainings, Project Management, Instructional Designing, Employability Training, Soft Skills Training, Learning Management System, etc. I have worked in L&D for MNCs for more than 4.5 years. As a Learning & Development professional, I have experience delivering and facilitating training programs in the publishing, education, IT services, and e-commerce sectors. I am eagerly pursuing additional L&D certifications to incorporate into my forthcoming training courses.
