 Handling of Stock Exchange Compliances under SEBI regulations. End-to-End compliances as required by the Companies Act, 2013 and secretarial standards w.r.t appointment and resignation of Directors, Charge creation, modification and satisfaction, Alteration of MOA & AOA, Shifting of registered office locally, Change in name of the Company, Incorporation of a subsidiary, Convening AGM & EGM as required.  Taking care of Pre & Post meeting compliances. Preparation of Annual Returns and Annual Reports. Reporting in a timely & accurate manner on company procedures & developments. Drafting of letters to various other authorities. Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory registers, Minutes Books, Forms, declarations, Returns and other secretarial records. Filing of various e-forms with Ministry on a timely basis.  Coordinating with other departments and banks.

Patient Advocacy

Worked as a core team associate assisting the trustees end to end in organizing AASMAAN FASHION SHOW, India’s largest fashion show for People with Disabilities.On this show, 35 individuals with different disabilities were showcased as ramp models through fashion shows with different themes directed by fashion choreographer Mr. Rajesh Shetty. This event, not only built confidence and self-esteem in the individuals, but also thrived to create a new perspective in society as to what beauty means. All 35 individuals were warriors of different medical conditions (Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Progeria, Hear and Speech Impairment, Tetra-Amelia Syndrome to name a few and they came from various family backgrounds).

A fellowship program to help build and empower the next generation young women leaders. As a part of the program, I had worked on an impact project to advocate for creating awareness on legal and child centric adoptions in India and promote adoption of kids with special needs.

 Handling Secretarial compliances of clients. Assisted in conducting Secretarial Audit under the Companies Act, 2013 for a Listed Company.

 Managing compliance and regulatory requirements under which corporates are governed. Preparation of Compliance calendar and Checklists to have effective compliance system in place. Attend Board and Committee meetings and note down the proceedings. File management for operating / non-operating companies.
