Work in pre-production with multiple clients with photoshoot/video projects. Recruit production team members based on clients' requests. Experienced in working with big brands such as NIKE and multiple independent brands, along with music video projects with musical artists

Communicate with various music artists, make artists’ development strategy, go on tour with artists and communicate with event agencies, clubs, livehouses, etc. Large amount of brainstorming and management work with flexible working hours and high efficiency.

· Key responsibilities include: - onboarding 6 groups of artists, overseeing artist development strategy; lead in realeasing for 3 full-length albums, 4 EPs, 4 music videos and multiple singles; connect artists with suitable commercial / international collaborations; supervise content for artists' social media platforms; liaising with key account team stakeholders and clients across the business, managing timings and expectations, prioritising workflow & allocating resource (both in-house and freelance) efficiently; reviewing and assigning incoming artist/new talent briefs based on skillset and business priorities; lead in contract negotiations and make appropriate proposal· Participate in planning label event, recruit sponsors for commercial collaboration. Develop connection with suitable influencers for promotion purposes. · Lead in content creation and management for the label's social media. Managing and creating content for blog alongside a team of sub-editors. In charge of pre-production for video content, recruit production team and follow up with on-site execution.

· Manage artist development strategies, foster effective communication with musicians and industry stakeholders.· Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a flair for knowing when and how specific stakeholders need visibility on projects via managing 30+ tour and various music events· Spearhead the recruitment of sponsors for artist promotion projects. Lead music projects by evaluating artists' creative progress, forming production teams, and coordinating release schedules.· Design event schemes, managed venue bookings, artist selection, sponsor recruitment, and stage supervision.

· Assist in onboarding 5 groups of artists. Assist in evaluating demo tracks submitted by artists, gather information and arrange release schedule.· Recruit guest musicians and DJs for the company’s in-house online radio show.· Provide essential translation service for the company’s project presentations, curated marketing materials for artists, participate in pre and post production of all the company projects and events
