Analyze the JV Company monthly or Quarterly Revenue performance, cost of sales, product gross margin, operational profit, provide advice to business team for making strategy decision.4. Design all the cross payments process between HPE & Unis Hua Shan, control and monitor all ad-hoc payments like Royalty fees, Vendor rebates, marketing development funds transferred within HPE internally cross countries and entities and HPE externally to Unis Hua Shan. 5. Make Transfer Pricing model analysis to ensure both HPE & H3C sales win deals and gross margins.
