Design and developed PECOS, an internet-based Medicare Provider Enrollment System with microservice architecture, using Spring-boot, OAuth2, JPA, Hibernate, PostgreSQL/Liquibase, Docker and Jenkins. My responsibility includes user Authentication and role-based access control, and system integration with EUA, National Provider Identifier and other external systems.

 Designed and developed ASI (Automatic Surety Interface), an EDI system to generate various Surety message from Bond, Collection and Entry Summary systems using Spring Batch, JPA. Designed and developed a Protest system for CBP cross U.S continental, utilizing Spring lightweight architecture with rich web client in AngularJS, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate4, DB2/Oracle/HSQL, Java 8 and WebLogic12, Git and Maven. My responsibilities included System Design and implementation with Agile and continuous integration process for both Server and clients. Developed an E-Bond trading system for US import customers, supporting both web UI/EDI interfaces using Spring4, SpringData/JPA, Hibernate4, DB2/Oracle/HSQL, AngularJS, Java 8 and WebLogic12.

Developed the GSA combined system, a Google search Web application to provide sophisticated search capabilities for DTIC. The system consists of web thin client, server and DBs, using java, JQuery, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Jive and Google Search engine. My responsibilities included design and development of thin client and server.

 Design and developed eRA, a web grants application management system to manage government grants applications for various agencies. Responsibilities include design and development of validation service with data persistence, transaction control, load balance, and access control, using SOA, Spring, drools, axis2, ivy, Oracle, SSO and java.Performed system lifecycle management with IRise, ReqPro, SBM for ICE systems, including reviewing and evaluating systems design and architecture for JEE systems, SOA systems, and legacy systems; evaluating system testing scope for FQT and system acceptance testing; performing SLM tools evaluation, integration and adoption for improving quality and productivity, and development of SLM enforcement workflow for ICE.

 Designed and developed a geographical application integration system to support Integrated Bridge System program capture in LuciadMap, Java and Apache CXF on a virtualization host for Windows and Linux. The system provides routing capability, visibility/terrain analysis, and hostile nodes detection and complies with MIL-STD 2525C. It was integrated with Moving object Tracking System (MTS) to provide hostile alerts, and integrated with FBCB2 to provide Blue Force Tracing (BFT) for Common Operation Picture, and integrated with video camera and GPS for real time situation awareness. Designed and developed a Policy based Management system for Army SOSCOE. The system provides flexibility and extendibility to allow applications to alter system behaviors at runtime without new software releases. My responsibilities included (1) System high level/detail design for RMI engine and embedded engine; (2). Implementing the system for safety critical edition and real time edition in C++/Java, OWL-S on linux; (3) Costumer support. The process complied with CMMI 3 standard. Designed and developed Policy Management Editor, which provides GUI for creating, updating, and activating policy rules, set, version and baseline, for managing policies and conflict resolution. My responsibilities included high level/detail design using UML, implementation using eclipse JFace, java, xml parser and ant.  Developed DRAMA 2.0, an Intelligent Agent-based ad-hoc Network Management system for the Army Environment for CERDEC in Java, JMS, Zebra, OSPF and SNMP on Linux.

Design and developed Workbench for Tele Communication Services creation. The system automated the Services creation using Java, EJB, SOAP connector, JMS, Resource Adaptors, Parlay API, Eclipse, Swing, Ant, XDoclet and IBM WebSphere Application Server on Windows 2000 and IBM Server. My responsibilities included involvement of requirements preparation, high level design, and implementation

Designed and developed a Wireless Telecomm Customer Service EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) system in the integration of Siebel and wireless Billing system. The system provided interoperability capability between different commercial products using VITRIA in an event driven publish-and-subscribe architecture with data persistence and fault tolerance/reliability features, using Java and Oracle on UNIX. My responsibilities included requirements analysis, implementation, and costumer support.

Designed and developed an EAI system in the integration of Metasolv TBS and XO Communication's provisioning systems on UNIX and Windows NT. The EAI system provided interoperability capability between the products above using VITRIA in an event driven publish-and-subscribe architecture with data persistence and fault tolerance/reliability features, using Java, Oracle, CORBA, Servlet, JSP and JRun on UNIX. As a technical leader, my responsibilities included system planning, analysis and high level design, generic data mapping engine design and implementation, and customer support.

Developed MSMP (Multi-Service Manager Protocol) Communication gateway, a subsystem of Next Generation Network for Sprint that provides Telephone Call processing and Voice Over IP, fault tolerance/reliability, high availability, load balance, message sequencing, mesh connections, and management features, using C++, Pthreads, CORBA and Perl on HP clusters with a multi-threading many-to-many distributed architecture. My responsibility also included coordination of integration testing and installation.

Maintained and enhanced Employee Trade Monitoring System (ETS) in C++, X-Windows/Motif, and Sybase on SUN Solaris UNIX

Designed and developed GUI for the AT&T Trouble Ticketing System. This 3-tiers client-server system provided features of alarming, automated circuit testing, trouble management, and maintenance of enterprise management data in UNIX/C++/STL/ X-Windows/Motif on UNIX.
