Actively involve giving feedback / suggestion from operational side of any prospected project within or out of the city, also responsible on the amount of investment new business unit constructions which include of pitching and price negotiation on the product or service being offered by vendor. With assistance of Finance and Accounting manager generating financial report and also managing cash flow of business to maintain healthiness of the business. Actively involved on business unit expansion, design, quotation and execution and monitoring progress as well.

As the person In charge of it Business unit start from creating Business Plans, Departmental KPI’s, strategizing on how to achieve it and also hands on overseeing overall operational all area from production, service and business unit expenses management, collaborate with marketing team to brainstorming idea how to increase traffic and brand awareness. Present and explanation related monthly and or yearly P&L report

Oversee Umbra Bar & Lounge, Downtown Bistro and Warung Legong, responsible overall operational all area from production, service and finance in term of the system as well as marketing issue follow up. Working with minimum budget to achieve maximum result, create and proposing budget / forecast and deal with all team member in order target achieved. Present and explain related monthly and or yearly P&L report

Assisting Director of Food and Beverage to oversee day to day operational of F&B Outlet within the hotel, Banquet and outside catering if there is any. Actively involve on Outlet forecast and budgeting also attending and explaining of Food & Beverage P&L Meeting. In coordination with training department contribute associate training and development. Once in a month being assigned as Hotel MOD to control, monitoring and also making sure hotel operational run according to standard and meeting customer expectation.
