• In line with needs from KA sales unit, integrate partners’ resources and develop strategic cooperation with business partners about employee L&D solutions • Conduct business negotiations, maintain and manage business relationships with partners• Lead and advance the cooperative projects, responsible for the results of projects• Key program: YXT-FESCO Project

• Design and organize leadership development events for Managing Directors and Senior Managers• Develop leadership development programs and opportunities for high potential leaders• Manage day-to-day activities associated with the programs, including research, communication plans, presentations, data analysis, program design, tracking the success etc.• Responsible for promoting inclusion and diversity culture, contributing to Persons with Disability program

• Drive training programs, including Smart Career Development Plan, New Hire Orientation, presentation & negotiation training etc.• Contribute to Soft Skills Advance Club and other trainings • Manage recruitment process, on-board and exit procedures.• Organize Care to Children with Disabilities and other social welfare activities• Design monthly Newsletter communications among all employees

• Contribute to exchanges & cooperation with international industry organizations and government departments• Responsible for planning and coordination of foreign affairs activities, e.g. foreign affairs visits, bilateral talks, networking activities, etc.• Assist in holding international industry symposium/seminars/ exhibitions regularly• Translation work, including official documents, speeches, trade negotiations. Interpreter for leaders at international conferences and other events• Organize Chinese delegations to visit abroad for market promotion & international cooperation and manage trip itinerary, document approval, etc.
