1.Novelty Product Introduction and development , join Technical Review and Element Risk Assessment Handover meeting, review all the technique detail from part design to molding process to decoration to assembly and package , work with cross team about the safety and quality concern to set up test plan ,be responsible for the development quality; 2.Be responsible for Test diagram, guarantee the test method are well implemented , review the test result and make decision work with project team and supplier for problem solving, and work with Product Safety team for argument points and set up a clear requirement between LEGO and Supplier, guarantee all the stakeholders are in the same page;3.Lead P-FMEA at the FEP stage, work with Engineering and supplier team to review the production process, proactively identify those potential failure from process and product characteristics, review the RPN and work out the control plan; 4.Review the FEP report, conduct Cpk/Ppk analysis, identify those improvement factors, set up improvement action plan and propose proper quality monitor and control tolerance with engineering team to finalize the Technical Specification and Check Specification; 5.Be responsible for the LEGO Product Quality Handbook roll out task , lead the update evaluation with cross team, clarify any uncertainty with stakeholders, set up action plan to inform/train supplier about the update;6.Re-order Mold team member, be responsible for those overbudget mold utilization, conduct quality risk assessment from mold grade evaluation, history claim/rejection to molding performance PPM, work with commercial and planning team for the overbudget molds handling, 7.Support local customer claims and shipment inspection rejection handling, lead the risk assessment and verification plan, work with cross team about the containment action and corrective action , root cause analysis and preventive action, verify the preventive action effectiveness

1.Conduct supplier shipment inspection and report focus area is Core Line products, plastic molding loose parts(element), follow up shipment rejections (8D report, CAR), and customer complaints if needed.2. Follow up on containment action process at supplier according to agreed LEGO requirements3. Conduct line patrol and process confirmation at supplier site and continuous improve vendor’ process control, especially molding workshop4.Join and support Visual Quality Guide project to build up the visual quality standard in HK/SZ &Supplier site5. Work with Supplier Quality team to monitor vendor’s process control, drive or join some quality continues improvement projects in vendor side.6.Conduct sharp tools according to yearly audit plan in all supplier

Role & Responsibilities:Mold repair /modify/renew application 1. confirm mold repair/modify application , investigate and analysis the reason for tooling defect , introduce report to factory manager ；2. collect and analysis monthly mold repair/modify data , report to factory manager ；3. confirm monthly mold repair/modify fee ；4. check and confirm injection parameters and mold when pilot production stage defect happens, make improving report ；5. check and confirm the situation of over life mold ,collect photos, prepare model-renewing ；information and material, to Sales DepartmentManufacturing process Control 1. confirm and analysis manufacturing process defect, take countermeasure and report to department supervisor and production engineer ；2. confirm manufacturing process abnormal situation, communicate and negotiate with other section when there is any need to change production plan ；3. guarantee the production plan implement, provide any necessary assistant to manufacturing shop ；4. implement QC-7 and PDCA to improve operation business according to statistical data from QC and PMC ；Customer complaint 1. investigate and confirm the situation of product defect that customer complaints, present analysis to related section ；2. present counter measurement and promote implementation ；3. track the countermeasure effect ；Production system 1. make yearly department education & training plan ；2. track\record\assist education & training plan (confirm location, prepare equipment and training material. etc) ；3. production department 5S representative ；4. production department ISO representative
