I possess strong programming skills in Java, Python, C, and MySQL, developed during my degree, along with experience in web development. These technical competencies were honed through group projects, where I collaborated with peers to create innovative solutions and applications, effectively tackling software-related challenges.Building on my software foundation, I have gained a year of hands-on experience in the telecom industry at Jio. I began my career as an apprentice in RF Performance and Optimization, where I developed a solid understanding of 4G and 5G networking technologies. During my apprenticeship, I generated daily and weekly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing critical insights into network performance and driving improvements.I also played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency by implementing the Jupiter application for automation, which streamlined various processes and fostered a more productive work environment. This initiative not only improved team collaboration but also reduced response times to network issues.After completing my apprenticeship, I transitioned to the position of Assistant Manager as a NOC Engineer Trainee, focusing on IP MPLS Operations. In this role, I am responsible for observing and troubleshooting core devices, further developing my technical expertise and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.   I began my career at Jio Telecom Networking as an RF Performance and Optimization apprentice, where I spent a year observing the work culture and gaining hands-on experience with 4G and 5G networking. During this apprenticeship, I had the opportunity to closely observe the work culture while contributing to the optimisation of network performance, providing daily and weekly reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for both technologies. I also took the initiative to enhance workflow efficiency by automating routine tasks using Python scripts in the Jupyter application. After completing my apprenticeship, I was promoted to the role of Assistant Manager as an NOC (Network Operation Center) Engineer Trainee. In this role, I focused on the IP/MPLS domain, where I was responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation stability of IP/MPLS networks, ensuring seamless performance and troubleshooting issues promptly. This transition allowed me to expand my technical skills while contributing to the company's success in delivering high-quality telecom services.
