I’m Kunal Vyas, co-founder and CEO of RxMile and DeliverSTAT. My journey into the healthcare industry began right out of high school when I joined my uncle’s physician group. This experience led me through the various facets of the healthcare system, from pharmacy operations to logistics.I began my career as a pharmacy technician, managing the care of 30,000 Medicare Advantage patients. Initially, we outsourced our prescription deliveries, but it quickly became apparent that we needed a more reliable and efficient solution. This necessity led to the creation of DeliverSTAT, a logistics company focused on providing compliant, audit-proof delivery services tailored to the needs of independent pharmacies.With the help of a childhood friend from Microsoft, we started with a simple Excel sheet and a label printer. Over time, our technology evolved into a sophisticated platform designed to meet the unique needs of pharmacies, ensuring compliance, retention, and patient satisfaction.In 2019, after successfully selling my pharmacy, I turned my full attention to DeliverSTAT, expanding our reach and impact within the South Florida community. My 18 years in the pharmacy industry, including work on both the HMO and MSO sides, have deepened my commitment to supporting independent pharmacies.Today, as CEO of RxMile, I am on a mission to revolutionize prescription delivery across the U.S. Our platform is designed to be the most cost-effective solution for independent pharmacies, enabling them to compete with big-box chains and mail-order pharmacies by offering seamless, compliant delivery services.Looking ahead, my focus is on scaling RxMile to become the go-to solution for independent pharmacies nationwide, creating a network that not only disrupts the industry but also ensures the sustainability and growth of independent pharmacy businesses.
