Directing & controlling finance to maximize profitability and generate revenue; raising funds for projects/working capital by arranging short & long term borrowings; collaborating with bankers for setting borrowing limits & interest rates; reviewing submission to be made in Bank, CMA Data & Projections; coordinating with banks during visit and holding bank consortium meetingsFinalisation/Reviewing of accounts including projections at both standalone & consolidated level including foreign subsidiaries. Along with finalisation of result at both standalone & consolidated level on quarterly & annual basis.Controlling/Managing entire GST activity including GST returns, audits , compliances , benefits etc. Understanding new business/ changes in existing business, analysing impact thereof on financials and suggesting accounting treatmentFacilitating budget planning process with emphasis on providing reliability in services, reducing costs, improving gross margins, revenue earning capacity and profitabilityArranging short term facility involving Dealer Financing, Vendor Financing/Vendor Bill Discounting, Packing Credit for export, sales bill discounting & othersDeveloping & reviewing MIS & projections for Private Equity Investor- KKR & for external commercial borrowing raised from Dubai & BahrainDealing with Credit Rating Agencies including reviews/preparation of submission to be made to themFacing audit including Statutory Audit by KPMG, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit , Stock Audit & Review of Internal Audit ReportsMentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process Show less
